I definitely think the finish of your base makeup depends on which sunscreen you use.

If you use weapons or mixtures without thinking, they won't work well with foundation or cushion, causing them to cake or smudge.

I've found that using a moisturizing organic sunscreen hardly affects my base makeup, so I think that's why I keep various types of sunscreens on hand.
