Pretti Pure White Milk Cream

This is the Pretti Pure White Milk Cream. It is a brand I had never heard of before, but I bought it at a very low price during a sale at T*. They say it contains milk protein to brighten the skin tone, is a moisture bomb cream, and can be used on both the face and body. However, after using it a few times, I found that it leaves a white cast, so I have to apply it sparingly. Also, it pills when I apply sunscreen over it, so it was a failed purchase for me.
