Please recommend a tone-up sunscreen for a student with combination skin that is super oily.
My skin is dehydrated and my T-zone is super oily, so I’m getting acne on my chin and cheeks—it’s a total mess. I don't know how I have so many whiteheads and blackheads... Even washing my face three times with foam, balm, and enzyme cleanser doesn't get rid of them. On top of that, I have so much dead skin that whenever I apply anything, it stings, cakes, feels dry, and greasy, so I can't even imagine using sunscreen. I have this kind of dehydrated oily skin and I am wearing makeup, but realistically, I wanted to use a cushion foundation. I tried using one a few times, but I just bought it and left it sitting around. I only lightly cover blemishes with concealer... Is there anyone who can recommend a tone-up sunscreen for someone with this kind of dehydrated oily skin? I really want to go foundation-free.
