Powder pact not recommended for combination skin

I always make sure to use powder when I do my makeup, but the Eglips Blur Powder Pact I bought because of all the good reviews didn't suit me well. It hides pores, but it makes my skin look too heavy and cakey. Also, as time goes by, the powder clumps together and breaks down, so I haven't reached for it and it's just sitting in storage.
