No Sebum

This is practically a national favorite, so you probably already know, but as someone with dry skin, I actually bought it and am currently only using it on my greasy bangs. Since my skin feels really stuffy when it's dry and matte, I need to apply something moisturizing whether it's my skin or lips, so I totally recommend this for bangs lol.
