Do you only use No Sebum in the summer?

I have oily skin, so I'm currently using blotting paper and sebum-control powder diligently.

Oily skin produces a lot of oil regardless of the season...

Do you happen to use no-sebum powder even when you're not in the summer?

I tried a No Sebum product for the first time this summer and loved it so much. Hehe. But I'm also worried it might be drying in other seasons...
