Too Cool for School Finish Pact

I use Too Cool for School pact to remove excess oil from my T-zone and eyes. When patted on, it is transparent but doesn't clog pores, cleanly controlling oil. I use a powder pact for neat, smudge-proof, and long-lasting eye makeup.
