I wiped it with a cleansing tissue first.

I'm using it because it claims to cleanse impurities and even blackheads from deep within the pores.

It is mildly acidic, so it is gentle on the skin, and it has good cleansing power. It has an embossed texture and thickness, so one tissue is sufficient.
