If you spray a moderate amount after washing your face, it works well as a substitute for toner in the summer without any stickiness. It is also great for when your skin feels dry after applying makeup; a light spray helps your makeup apply better.

As the name suggests, it has a rose scent, but it is a fresh rose fragrance that isn't too strong, so it doesn't smell cheap.
