Please recommend a toner pad that is gentle and good for replenishing moisture.

What kind of toner pads are you using these days? My skin feels quite dry from within lately, so I've been looking into using toner pads like a skin pack. I think using toner pads would be great because they soothe the skin and improve its texture at the same time. Since it's the very first step I apply to my skin, I'd prefer a pad that focuses on hydration and moisture rather than leaving a greasy residue. Also, I'd like a mild scent that isn't too irritating. If you have any toner pads you've used that you were satisfied with, please recommend them!
