Can I treat skin tags on my neck with body mist or soothing cream?

Please feel free to recommend any body cleansers, body mists, or soothing creams that are good for skin care.

This is Lalala Beige! I actually had laser treatment once before because of a skin tag on my neck.
It was fine for a while, but as the weather got colder, it seemed like they were actually coming out worse. Then, I suddenly looked in the mirror and realized the skin tag on my neck had gotten really bad. Oh my goodness.

Even though winter is at least okay, I'm getting worried again now that summer is approaching!

It got a bit better when I used the Estra Theracne 365 series before, but even if I cleanse well, the bumps keep coming back... sigh.

Please let me know if you have seen good results with any body cleansers or body mists for skin with skin tags, or if you have any products you would recommend!!^^
