Are there any good pads or packs for managing nose pores?

My skin looks good in the photo, doesn't it?

It looks white and the pores seem small. However, the image quality is poor, so you can't see it clearly.

As my child entered puberty, a lot of blackheads suddenly started appearing on their nose. So, I have been using nose strips frequently.

But you know how people say nose strips are bad for pores. They say using them often widens them. I feel like that’s the case. Though maybe it’s because I’m looking at it with that in mind.

But I can't just skip using nose packs when I get a lot of blackheads.

Please let me know if there are any simple pore pads or pore packs available to manage enlarged pores after using a nose pack.

I would appreciate recommendations for pore pads or pore packs that a child can easily use on their own. Additionally, I would like recommendations for pore pads and packs suitable for oily, acne-prone skin.

I want to take good care of my child, ever since my own skin deteriorated during puberty.
