Cica Toner Pads

This is a Cica toner pad that is great for wiping your face. It is a good product for prepping your skin before applying a face mask or skincare routine. It makes my skin moisturized and smooth. Since it is a Daiso product, it is great value for money, so I am on my ninth bottle.
