Cica Toner Pads

I use Daiso's Cica Toner Pads to refine my facial texture. Since it comes in a pack of 100 for 5,000 won, I use them without feeling too burdened. I tried soaking a cotton pad with toner before, but that was actually a bit of a hassle. These pads, however, wiped my face cleanly and effectively.
