Gargrin Zero is good because it is alcohol-free

I wasn't the type to gargle often, but as my gums weakened, I found myself unable to go without it.

At first, I used an alcohol-based mouthwash, but perhaps because my gums are thin and sensitive, it felt like my mucous membranes were getting irritated and was too irritating. So, I looked for a mild, alcohol-free mouthwash and ended up buying Gargrin Zero.

Alcohol-based mouthwashes used to sting my mouth so much that it was difficult to hold them in my mouth, but perhaps because Gargrin Zero is alcohol-free, my oral mucosa doesn't sting or burn even when I hold it for a long time, and I don't feel any dryness in my mouth after gargling, which I really like.

However, there is one thing to keep in mind: Gargrin Zero contains cetylpyridinium chloride hydrate, so it is best to avoid using it immediately after brushing your teeth. Chloride can cause tooth discoloration when it comes into contact with the surfactants in toothpaste. I usually use it right after waking up in the morning or right before going to bed.

Gargrin is practically the national mouthwash, so I imagine many of you have used it, but if you are looking for a mild mouthwash that doesn't sting your mouth, I recommend Gargrin Zero.
