I thoroughly clean between my teeth with an interdental brush. I don't try to force it in, but I adjust the brush size according to the space—using a narrow one for narrow areas and a wide one for wide areas.

앞에는 너무 좁고 뒤로갈수록 간격이넓어져요 이왕이면 mm수 맞는거로 쓰려구요
