확실한 효과는 의약품이 효과있지 그 외 제품은 효과 거의 없다 보심이... ㅠ

치약으로 효과보기는 어렵고 커피나 카레등 착색되는 음식 금해야될거같아요 이에붙이는건 써봤는데 일시적인효과는 있었어요
