Listerine mouthwash

This is Listerine mouthwash that I have been using for several years. I started using it along with brushing my teeth after a dental checkup suggested my gums might be in poor condition, and I like how it leaves my mouth feeling fresh. However, I heard that using it too often can dry out the mouth and eliminate beneficial bacteria, so I think I should use it in moderation.
