We would like to inform you of some precautions to keep in mind when writing a review.

 

Please read the details below carefully before writing a review.

 

If you write a review that does not comply with the above guidelines,

[Regarding Image Upload]

 

1. Cannot upload after using sample product

Please refrain from using samples to write reviews based on actual usage that are helpful to other users.

 

2. Cannot upload photos of tester products

Please leave a review of the product you purchased and used yourself.

 

3. Product reviews showing no signs of actual use

Not a photo of the packaging and box at the time of purchase,
An image showing that it was actually used Please upload it.

 

4. Use images that are difficult to identify / Use out-of-focus images

So that it can be helpful to other users,

(Request correction for images taken without proper care)

 

5. Image with unknown color and formulation

So that it can be helpful to other users

For products with various colors, such as shades/bases, Image showing the product color Please join us.

6. Screenshots and product detail page images cannot be attached.

[Regarding review writing text]

 

1. Spamming emoticons

Not a sequence of emoticons, strings, etc. A sincere review based on actual use Please leave a comment.

2. Simple listing of product ingredients

Not a simple list of product ingredients A sincere review based on actual use Please leave a comment.

Examples of unusable entries) The ingredients of this product are glycerin, mung bean extract, basil leaf extract, and true coral extract.
It contains turmeric root extract and green tea powder.

 

3. Cases with many typos

Please make sure to check for typos before uploading your review.

[Regarding Product Registration]

 

1. When uploading a registered product

Please make sure to check if the product is registered before uploading.

4️⃣ Enter the exact official product name

 

2. When uploading an unregistered product

Please enter only the brand name in the brand name field and only the product name in the product name field (no brand name).

[Regarding Uploaded Products]

 

1. Avoid uploading discontinued products.

Please refrain from writing reviews for products that are currently unavailable for purchase or have been discontinued. please.

 

2. Cannot upload quasi-drugs

ointments sold at pharmacies, etc. Quasi-drugs cannot be uploaded do.

Examples of products not allowed) Pharmacy-sold products such as Hsidin, Madecassol, etc.

 

3. Re-uploading of previously reviewed products is not allowed.

For products you have previously reviewed, You cannot write a new review for the same product. do.
