I highly recommend the cuticle oil pen.

I usually avoid removing my cuticles and instead use a method to smooth them out! The reasons are hygiene and that I'm a bit of a wimp, haha. So, whenever my cuticles felt dry or rough, I used to apply hand cream or a balm-type cuticle product. But at some point, cuticle oil pens appeared, and I found it much easier to manage them.

Just twist the back, oil comes out on the brush, and all you have to do is apply it to your hands!!
