I don't apply nail polish, but I do basic care occasionally. Since Daiso sells hair pushers and nippers, I've been doing it myself.

It is good to gently rub and trim the skin, then finish with an oil pen 👍🏻 Applying the oil pen frequently moisturizes the skin and helps manage splinters, which is great! Even if you are not doing self-care, I think it is a good idea to buy an oil pen and apply it.
