This is Dashing Diva's Damage Relief product that provides both care and primer functions.
First, remove any oil or moisture from your nails, apply a thin layer of Damage Relief, and then attach the Dashing Diva. It’s simple to use, right? I found that removing Dashing Diva causes more damage to the nail surface than I expected, but using this product alongside it seems to reduce the damage, even though I can't say there is absolutely no damage.
It also functions as a primer, so even if you don't apply Dashing Diva, it seems to smooth out the nail surface, making it great to use when you want to achieve a natural nail look.
