Recommended 10-Minute Makeup for Commutes & Students: MOTD

There's nothing special today... I'll just share my usual daily MOTD.

It's so simple that it only takes 10 minutes, so everyone give it a try🤭

 

🧴Mediheal Tea Tree Soothing Sun Cream

Foundation-free makeup that lets your skin rest! I found it difficult to use foundation or cushion every day as a daily base.

Plus, when I'm stressed, I touch my face so it almost always gets messy;; In those cases, I just apply sunscreen that leaves a white cast haha.

 

I want a sunscreen that brightens to some extent, but most tone-up sunscreens are mineral types that are thick and feel like they pill due to their characteristic brightening effect?

I like this because it is moderately moisturizing and oily, so it doesn't feel sticky even if I rub it on vigorously. It casts a light white cast rather than being a brightening effect.

It’s not quite the best!!!! but they have frequent sales, so it’s good to use at an affordable price 😀

 

👶 Code Glokolor Oil Cut Pact

Since it's summer, powder is a must for the nose, forehead, and jawline!

Even if I bring out the glow on my cheeks, if my T-zone and nasolabial folds are shiny, I look older than my age.

 

I am currently using the Code Glokolor pact, which is great value for money. It is such a famous product that I'm sure you all know it, but it controls oiliness transparently, just like a sebum control powder!

 

I can't really tell the difference between other expensive powders and this cheap one. The particles are a bit coarse, but since I tend to apply a thin layer, I recommend it to people like me.

 

🤨 Peripera Speedy Skinny Brow 06 Cool Gray

This is the Peripera Skinny Brow, which seems to be a word-of-mouth hit now. I've been using it since it was first released, and it's really good!

 

It's really thin, so it's great for drawing each individual eyebrow hair, and looks natural. My eyebrows are pitch black, so I use the black one, but all the other colors are pretty too.

 

The tip is thin, so it's not really suitable for those who want to draw quickly without detail but have no eyebrows. However, it's the best for those who have some eyebrows and just do their makeup roughly!

It only takes me 10 seconds to do my eyebrows after using this lol. It's also great for enhancing the natural texture 👍

 

👀 Etude Curlfix Mascara 01 Black

I prefer my mascara to be distinct, so I just use Etude mascara, which has the best staying power.

Curlfix Mascara is actually better for individual lashes, but since the product quality is so good, I usually finish my lashes with this.

They say to apply mascara in a zigzag motion, so while you should apply it in a zigzag at the roots, you need to extend it in a straight line at the tips. This is because applying it in a zigzag motion picks up a lot of liquid. However, if you apply it all the way to the tips, your eyelashes become heavy and droop.

It’s upsetting if your lashes droop after all the effort you put into using a curler, so make sure to curl only the roots in a zigzag motion and then pull them out in a straight line!

I can't give up on cuteness~ Dark circles... I have to cover them up with my aegyo sal (cute eye bags).

Things like sparkling or teary-eyed cuteness are a bit much for daily use...

 
If my eyes are red even though I didn't wear much makeup, I get asked, "Did you get an eye infection?!" 😂

 

So, I tend to lightly apply a liner that is half a shade lighter than my skin tone to the aegyo area to brighten up the under-eye area. It is a slightly warm beige without any gray undertones, so it blends well with my skin.

Don't rub it on hard; apply it lightly and smudge it, and even if it's not quite Twice's Nayeon... you'll get pretty natural-looking aegyo-sal~

 

Plus, it can be used as a concealer, so it's good.

 

💄 WakeMake Dewy Gel Glow Tint 03 Chill Up Coral

I copied this last year after seeing senior Heo Yun-jin advertising Le Seraphim.

 

The texture is a non-sticky glow type! It is closer to bouncy than slippery. Rather than applying it thickly, layering it thinly multiple times brings out a more transparent and beautiful glow.

The color is really nice. It's a coral shade with hints of orange, red, and a touch of pink—a very unique and atmospheric color.

 

I think it would look really pretty if applied in the fall. Even though it is coral, it doesn't look out of place, so even when applied to bare skin, it doesn't stand out too much and blends in nicely to give a lively look.
