Woke up again today
0. Weighing myself (top priority~ haha) has become a part of my daily life.
1. Brush your teeth and wash your face with water.
2. After applying Skin Physiogel Cream and sunscreen~ (My wrinkles have been getting deeper lately, so I make sure to apply them.)
3. Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach.
4. Pour another glass of water and the probiotics.
I take vitamins B and C.
Morning routine finished~♡
