Try Round Lab Birch Moisturizing Cream.

I think everyone has probably heard of this moisturizer at least once, and I started using it because of word-of-mouth recommendations. It is genuinely hydrating, absorbs quickly, and is just wonderful. The consistency is somewhere between a gel and a cream, leaning a bit more towards the gel side, but it isn't too light. So when I apply makeup after using this, it doesn't cake or cake, and it feels really light and nice. Yet, it also feels like it moisturizes deep inside. I usually buy it when Olive Young has a sale. There is a tube version available, but the jar type is good too.
