Dr. Newel Waterful Ocean Cream

This is the Dr. Newel Waterful Ocean Cream! It has a light texture that looks perfect for summer, but it's a bit stickier than I expected... haha. Those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy. Still, it is hydrating, so it definitely provides moisture, and I haven't experienced any breakouts while using it.
