This is the EDLP Houttuynia Cordata 71% Moisturizing Cream from Derma Factory. It seems they named it that way because it contains 71% Houttuynia Cordata extract.

It has a lot of moisture and a little oiliness, so it feels like it supplies hydration while forming a moisturizing barrier. I bought it because I heard that Houttuynia cordata is good for troubled skin, and it’s just okay to use.

I have a feeling this would be good for dehydrated oily skin that struggles with inner dryness. Oh, and I found out it's vegan certified. I've been using it really well lately.
