This is Real Barrier Extreme Cream, also known as a skin barrier recovery cream :)
If you apply a generous amount to your skin during the changing seasons like now, you can feel it becoming soft and smooth.
It feels moisturizing and creates a slight protective barrier, but it all absorbs over time.

After applying this, my makeup doesn't cake, and perhaps because it provides deep hydration, I don't get any dry patches.
