It is the Cica Repair Moisturizing Cream from Penguin Lounge. I always use this product as a finishing step after applying a hydrating gel. I liked it because it is moisturizing and absorbs well into the skin. However, you might feel that the cream is too thick or pills a bit. Since I have oily and sensitive skin, it did pill for me a little. If you wear makeup, I recommend applying it only at night.
