I recommend Dr. G Black Snail Moisture Cream.

This is a moisturizing cream my wife uses. She says that in addition to providing basic hydration, it also nourishes and revitalizes the skin, and brightens it up.

It's a bit expensive, so it's a bit of a burden, but it's a good product.
