It is by far the best among moisturizers... It is the Clinique Moisturizing Surge Cream. I use two tubes every year. If I apply a single layer in the summer and a double layer in the fall and winter, my skin retains just the right amount of moisture, and the plumpness lasts a long time. I think applying two layers of Clinique moisturizer is more effective than using a thick, heavy cream. I especially like it because it is low in oil.
