Do I use moisturizing cream and nourishing cream together?

I am writing this because I am worried and curious every time I use the cream.

I am wondering if it is okay to use moisturizing cream and nourishing cream together.

I have dry skin and really want to take care of my hydration, but I'm confused whether applying both products together is harsh on my skin or if it's fine as long as I follow the correct order. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me if it's correct to apply the moisturizing cream first and then the nourishing cream on top, as well as the morning and evening usage instructions.
