Please recommend a good cream for strengthening the skin barrier.

The weather has gotten dry lately, so those of you with dry skin are having a hard time, aren't you?

I feel the same way. Whenever the changing seasons arrive, I find myself switching to stronger skincare and body products. Since I have extremely dry skin, it always gets rougher and itchy during the transition period, and I also get acne.

I looked it up, and it says that it gets worse if the skin barrier breaks down. I guess it's worse because my skin barrier has deteriorated.

I am exhibiting these symptoms and my skin barrier has compromised. Is there a way to manage my damaged skin barrier?

I've been using the only method of applying a generous amount to reduce dryness.

And have you tried Estra Atobarrier 365 Cream? I received it as a gift and used it for a while, but I stopped because it wasn't a scent I liked.

This also says that it is a cream that helps improve the skin barrier.

Is that really the case?
