Please recommend a moisturizer! T_T

Lately, my skin has been unusually dry and tight, so I've tried switching between various moisturizers, including aloe vera gel, but I just can't find the right one. I want something that applies smoothly without feeling sticky, but some are too light and dry out quickly, while others are too heavy and feel stuffy on my skin. I'm especially worried about my makeup caking because it dries out quickly in the winter or when heaters are frequently used, no matter how much I reapply. I'd like to know how to distinguish between ingredients and textures when choosing a moisturizer, as well as how to balance oil and moisture. I would be so grateful for any moisturizer recommendations!
