Please recommend a moisturizing cream that is good to use from the changing seasons through winter.

Hello. It felt like the heat would never end, but it seems autumn is slowly approaching. Skin really goes through the wringer during transitional seasons like this, doesn't it? So, I would appreciate a recommendation for a moisturizing cream that is good for this time of year. I would like a cream that I can use from the start of the season until early winter to keep my skin hydrated. Since I have combination skin that is prone to dehydration, if I use the wrong product, my skin becomes greasy or cracks uncontrollably—it's a total mess.

It’s a massive steady seller, but I’ve never tried this moisturizing cream. Has anyone used the Physiogel moisturizing cream? I’m curious how it performs during the changing seasons for those with combination skin that lacks moisture. Even if it’s not Physiogel, I’d love to know what others with similar dehydrated oily skin use during this time.
