My skin is very dry; is there a moisturizing cream that keeps it hydrated for a long time?

I try to reapply moisturizer frequently when I feel dryness.

The problem is that it feels a bit moisturizing when applied, but dries out quickly.

My face feels even tighter, perhaps because of the change of seasons.

This is one of the moisturizing creams I am currently using.

It has a large capacity, so it is easy to apply without feeling heavy.

If you have a moisturizer that keeps your face hydrated for a long time, even if you have severe dry skin like me, please recommend one.

It would be really nice if my face felt moisturized, but I frequently feel tightness, so my concerns are deepening.
