Is there a specific order for using moisturizer?

It is dry in the winter because of the heater, and dry in the summer because of the air conditioner.

Since I spend most of my time in the car, my skin is always dry.

So I use mist frequently and apply moisturizing cream often.

By the way, is there a specific order in which to use the moisturizer?

I just assumed the order was toner, lotion, and cream, so I've been using it that way. Am I using it correctly? Or am I using the moisturizer incorrectly?

Is the order for moisturizing cream different from that of nourishing cream?
