I'm having trouble finding a good moisturizer for oily skin, so please recommend one.
I have combination skin that is oily and dehydrated. As I get older, while lack of moisture is a problem, I am also concerned about enlarged pores and skin elasticity, so I am currently focusing on using functional cream products rather than moisturizing creams.
However, since I have oily skin that lacks moisture, I've noticed that my makeup doesn't adhere well and tends to cake even after applying basic skincare products or makeup.
There are times when I don't feel any dryness on my skin, but when I apply makeup, it noticeably doesn't adhere well and doesn't stick.
I use functional cosmetics, and when I want to add moisture or hydration to my face and need it, I add 1-2 drops of oil at the last step of my basic skincare routine and mix it in to provide moisture and hydration during the final stage.
But there is something I've been thinking about lately.
Since the weather is hot and humid right now and sebum production is high, I sometimes feel a heavy sensation when mixing oil into cream.
If I need to use functional cosmetics due to my age, at what step should I apply moisturizer?
Wouldn't using functional cosmetics and moisturizing cream together be too burdensome on the skin?
And what kind of moisturizer would be good for oily skin?
Are moisturizing cream and hydrating cream different?
Please recommend a moisturizing cream for oily skin that absorbs cleanly and provides hydration during the summer!!
I have combination skin (oily-oily). If I use a moisturizing cream for oily skin, will it provide enough hydration?
Also, I heard that hyaluronic acid maintains moisture deep within the skin; is hyaluronic acid cream also a moisturizing cream?
I also want to know if applying a moisturizing cream for oily skin in the morning helps my makeup apply better.
I am wondering if my skin stays hydrated from the moisture if I only apply a moisturizing cream when I go to bed at night.
I'm a little worried it might dry out quickly.
If I apply a moisturizing cream, my face won't feel oily, and my skin will feel hydrated, right?
For those of you with combination skin like me, I want to apply a generous amount at night without feeling heavy, so please recommend a cost-effective moisturizing cream for oily skin.
