How to use moisturizing cream

Can I apply moisturizer after sunscreen?

Hello~! I'm a total beginner at skincare, so I'm posting this question in a hurry😭

 

It's been a month since I started working, and my face is so dry because of the air conditioning that I feel like I'm going to die.

My face feels tight and my makeup looks cakey by the afternoon, and I don't know what to do...

 

Until now, I've only been applying face wash → toner → essence → sunscreen, but

Is it okay to apply moisturizer over sunscreen?

 

1. Can I apply moisturizer over sunscreen?

 

Won't the sunscreen's effectiveness decrease?

Or I'm worried that the makeup won't adhere because there are too many layers.

 

2. Is it okay to apply it frequently in the office?

 

I'm wondering if I can apply this over base makeup.

Is applying it every 3-4 hours too often?
