Which moisturizing cream is good for inner dryness?

It seems my skin type is changing. I used to be closer to oily skin, but at some point, my skin started feeling tight and dry due to internal dryness. I'm also worried that this might lead to wrinkles. Maybe that's why my skin concerns these days seem to be internal dryness and wrinkles.

I look for and try out moisturizing creams for inner dryness from time to time, but I haven't found a product I've settled on yet.

Since my skin tends to flush, I would like it to have a function that helps reduce redness as well.
