For dry skin, which moisturizer should I use?

It's really tight inside.

No matter what moisturizer I use, I get a tight feeling in my skin. Is there a moisturizer that can provide a radiant glow from within?

I don't want just a shiny surface. I want an inner glow that replenishes skin moisture.
