What is a good moisturizer for oily skin that is dry on the inside?

I have oily skin with severe breakouts.
My skin is also very dry from the inside out, so it wasn't easy to choose a moisturizing cream.
I find oil-based moisturizing creams a bit heavy because I have oily skin.
However, if I use a moisturizer that is too light, it doesn't address inner dryness.
So, it actually seems like I'm getting more breakouts.
I am using Estra Atobarrier 365 Cream.
It has good hydration and just the right amount of oil, so it’s a good moisturizer for daily use on oily skin.
I am also using Hanyul Red Rice Moisturizing & Firming Cream.
I am using this because it is said to be a moisturizing cream that is good for inner hydration and elasticity care.
I'm curious to know which moisturizing cream you use for oily skin that is dry on the inside!
