Sulwhasoo Jaumsaeng Fluid/Jaumsaeng Water Review (Recommended for ages 40 and up)

I have entered my mid-40s.

 

I have moderately hydrated skin.

Now that I've entered my 40s, I can feel my skin losing moisture.

That said, I haven't experienced any dryness or tightness after washing my face yet.

However, I feel that it is less moisturizing compared to the 30s.

 

Raising a child has made me a bit far from having pure white skin.

I have some dark spots on the upper part of my cheeks, and my skin has lost its elasticity.

 

In the second half of last year, I bought Sulwhasoo's basic line, Jaumsaeng, with the thought of changing my skincare products.

I used to think that Sulwhasoo was only for people in their 60s and older.

But these days, the cases have gotten prettier and the scent is pretty too.

If the smell was a bit like herbal medicine in the past, I think it is at a moderate level now.

I'm not sure if I feel that way because I've gotten older or if the scent has diminished a little.

 

The Jaumsaeng line is a product with wrinkle-reducing functions.

I think it would be fine to use it when you are young to prevent wrinkles.

 

It seems like Sulwhasoo products are a bit oilier compared to other products.

So I think it's good to use when you get older and your skin starts to get dry.

In my personal opinion.

 

Once I apply Jaumsaengsu, it feels slightly thicker than other toners.

So, it seems to take about 10 seconds to absorb.

 

It is better to wait a while before applying Jaumsaeng Emulsion instead of applying it immediately after toner.

Jaumsaeng Emulsion is similar to other lotions.

However, after applying it, I think it is good to pat it gently and let it absorb for about a minute.

That way, I could feel like it had been fully absorbed and felt fresh.

Absorption time varies from person to person, so you can adjust it accordingly.

 

You may apply essence between Jaumsaeng Water and Jaumsaeng Emulsion.

I have freckles, so I am applying a freckle essence.

A product from a different brand.

 

I am satisfied with the Sulwhasoo Jaumsaeng line basic skincare products.

Looking at the photo, it looks like it was just opened and used, but...

I used a sample first before that.

So, you can think of it as having used it for about half a year.

I bought it through door-to-door sales, so I received quite a lot of samples.

 

I recommend this to people of a similar age to me, or those whose skin lacks moisture or is concerned about wrinkles.

 

I wish my skin would stay like a baby's, firm, and free of blemishes even as I get older.

I really relate to the saying these days that even middle-aged women and grandmothers are women.
