Moisturizing cream recommendations

Does anyone happen to recommend a moisturizer?

Maybe it's because I have a bit of rhinitis...

The skin on the tip of my nose keeps flaking off like dead skin cells...

Is it because it's messy...

Even after exfoliating, it just goes back to how it was...

Even if I use a face mask, it only works for a short while...

How does everyone handle skincare in this situation? ㅠㅠ

I'm currently using Physiogel cream...

I'm also wondering if it's too light.
