I recommend an absorbent liner!!!

If you are looking for a highly absorbent liner, I highly recommend the Day Shield Sophieil Liner. It is incredibly comfortable with no irritation, and the absorption is so good that you won't have to change it all day long! Since using the Day Shield Liner, I haven't reached for any other liners. I highly recommend it!
