When my period starts, I always use panty-style overnight pads for 2-3 days at night. Sometimes I use them even when I'm at home. I understand this product is from Secret Day's organic line, and it is softer than the regular type. It feels incredibly soft against the skin, so I get the feeling it will be less irritating, and the fit is just right compared to other brands. I've tried a total of 3-4 different kinds, and this one is my favorite.
