The sanitary pad I always use

These are wearable overnight pads that I use every time I have my period. Since I have a heavy flow, I wear these on the second and third days while lying down at home. I like them because I don't have to worry about leakage while sleeping. The only downside is that my hips are on the larger side, so even the Large is a bit small. I have to alter them to fit. It would be great if they released an Extra Large size.

It feels a bit strange because it feels like I'm wearing a diaper, but comfort is the best thing, right? Haha.

Maybe because it covers the entire buttocks, I do get heat rash quite often.
