I have a problem when I apply mascara.

After applying mascara and letting it dry without blinking enough, as I go about my daily life, I find powder under my eyes.

I thought it might be because the mascara was old, so I bought a new one and tried again, but the same thing happens.

What is the problem?

I don't know the reason, but I'm not sure if it's because that part is dry due to my dry skin.

It's fine that there's powder, but if I unconsciously scratch or rub under my eyes, it leaves a long black stain along with it....

I feel like I'm acting like a total comedian. It wouldn't matter if I realized it and deleted it quickly, but I'm worried it will become a laughingstock since I won't know about it.

Someone told me to put a little toner in the mascara tube before using it, but I'm not sure if it dries out too quickly inside.
