Is there a puff that stays moist without needing to be wet?

Is there a puff that applies smoothly and moisturizes on its own without needing to be wet?

I bought foundation and am looking for a puff.

The foundation was a bit dry, so since I already bought it, I have to apply it....

I want to use it with a moisturizing finish. Is there a puff that applies smoothly and absorbs well?

I haven't had it for long, but should I change my foundation? I'm so sad about it.
