Are there any puffs that apply smoothly?

No matter how well you take care of your skin, when it is dry

My makeup looked like it was floating on top of my face~~

I'm wondering if the puff might be the problem, so I'm thinking of replacing it.

It doesn't look cakey on the skin and leaves a moist finish.
